Following a nourishing dinner and a heartfelt opening ceremony on Thursday evening, unwind with a Yoga Nidra and Singing Bowl Sound Bath, a deeply relaxing practice to promote peaceful sleep and calm your mind.
Friday morning greets you with an invigorating Sunrise Vinyasa Flow by the lakeside, awakening your body and mind as the first rays of light reflect on the water, leaving you rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead. Reset Friday afternoon with a Slow Deep Fusion Yoga Class + Body Scan.
Saturday morning kicks off with a dynamic Yoga Sculpt class, focusing on legs and glutes to build strength, power, and endurance, energizing you to embrace the day’s activities with confidence.
We’ll conclude the weekend on Sunday morning with a restorative ISO Stretch and Gentle Yin Yoga session. This soothing combination will release tension, nurture your spirit, and prepare your body and mind for the journey home.

Food
All breakfasts, fresh juices, snacks, water, and coffee are included in your retreat package. To enhance your experience, we’ve planned a community dinner lovingly prepared for you by your hosts on Thursday night and a farm-to-table feast on Saturday night. For lunch and Friday’s dinner, attendees can enjoy leftovers from previous meals or take advantage of our concierge service for groceries and curated take-out options.
Our hosts are committed to preparing fresh, flavorful meals on-site that satisfy both body and soul. If you have any dietary preferences or restrictions, please let us know in advance, and we’ll gladly accommodate your needs. And of course, no retreat would be complete without dessert—yes, s’mores are on the menu!
