With influence from multiple lineages of yoga, pairing breath with movement, we will create space in mind and body to work on strength, balance, and flexibility. Your practice becomes a moving meditation that creates freedom and fluidity. Expect a fully balanced class of forward folds, twists, and backbends with the opportunity to explore, scale back, or add inversions to find your state of flow. For intermediate and advanced practitioners. Mindful beginners are welcomed with offered alternatives. We don't want to intimidate anyone from practicing yoga but ask that you honor your body.
